JustNurses is recruiting for a highly skilled Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to work with a client of ours in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for providing essential support during operations, including preparing the operating room and maintaining a sterile environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
  • Maintaining a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure
  • Preparing the operating room and ensuring proper sterilisation techniques

To be eligible for this position, you must possess:

  1. NMC registration with a minimum of 6 months' validity
  2. A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Scrub Nurse
  3. Ability to comply with our framework requirements, including DBS checks and occupational health screening
