School Operations Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of School Cover Manager at our esteemed educational institution in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, including managing supply staff, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations.

Duties
- Oversee cover arrangements for absent staff
- Organize and deliver training for new supply staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet school needs
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as parents and supply agencies
- Handle confidential information and manage agency staff timesheets

Necessary Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant administrative experience within an education setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Remuneration
The selected candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of £91-£105, reflecting the significance of this role in our educational establishment.
