Business Development Manager Opportunity
Hexis Talent Ltd is working with a leading waste management company to find a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely and cover various locations, including Bournemouth, Bristol, Canterbury, Crawley, Reading, South Wales, and Torquay.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
• Proven track record of business development success in the waste management industry
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
