Job Title: Band 6 Crisis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Crisis Nurse to join our team in Bury. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Job Summary:
  • Work as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in Bury, providing ongoing care and support to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments, provide interventions, and monitor patient progress.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Mental Health Nursing degree
  • Valid NMC pin
  • Minimum 1 year UK experience as a CPN within the past 3 years
  • Right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
