We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at The Avon Gorge Hotel by Hotel Du Vin in Clifton Village, Bristol.

About the Role:

  • As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
  • You will work closely with our head chef to create innovative and delicious menus that showcase the freshest ingredients.
  • Our kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, including coal-fired grills, bespoke clay ovens, and a massive smoker.
  • You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
