Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Field Support Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Dorset.



About the Role


This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of a wider team, merchandising products to main estate retailers within your designated area. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering stock to stores each day, maintaining store records, and ensuring 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage store contact relationships with major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
  • Utilize technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores daily, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate store records, including inventory management.
  • Support other brands within the McCormick family when required.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A valid UK driving license (essential), right to work in the UK, and a UK bank account.
  • Fluency in English.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to stay away from home when required, with accommodation and meal expenses covered.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality (bar staff, waiting staff) is an asset.
