Job Title: Field Support Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Support Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at McCormick & Company. As a Field Support Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major supermarkets, ensuring 100% availability of product on shelf, and maintaining store records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
  • Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory.
  • Support other brands in the McCormick family when required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Full UK driving license (essential), the right to work in the UK, and a UK bank account.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage own time to meet deadlines.
  • Positive 'can-do' approach to managing relationships and expectations in stores.
  • Enjoy being out on the road and working independently.
  • Confident with using technology.
  • Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
What We Offer:
  • Base salary: £24,000 per annum.
  • Fully expensed van (can be used for personal use).
  • Fuel card with claimable rate in line with pump costs.
  • Tax-free expense allowance: £520 per annum in addition to base salary.
