About the Job

This role involves working as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse in our Theatre department, supporting surgeons during operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in surgical scrubbing, particularly in orthopaedics, and be registered with the HCPC with no restrictions or conditions.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a warm, considerate, and empathetic character. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, provide emotional support to patients, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
