We're looking for a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team in Bradford. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we're seeking a Management Accounting Leader to lead teams, workstreams, and projects across various group and external Opco brands.


This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.


As a Finance Director, you will support and work closely with our teams in Bradford and across the wider business to deliver accurate reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders across the Liberty Global Footprint.


As a Management Accounting Leader, you will have a proven track record of post-qualification experience and a desire to develop your career with a global market leader. You will be responsible for performing accounting processes across the organization, preparing journal entries, and providing insight into areas of focus.


You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders, implementing internal control frameworks, and ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.


We're looking for a professional with:



  • Proven experience as a Finance Director, Management Accounting Leader, or Senior Accountant Manager with Management Accounts experience.
  • Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.) and post-qualified experience.
  • Coaching and development of less experienced finance and accounting colleagues.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience of working within large complex corporate structures and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience of research into emerging or complex accounting or reporting issues.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial systems skills (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion/HFM).
