We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Community Mental Health East Admin Team based across Lichfield and Burton-upon-Trent. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy reception and admin team, working in both geographical locations on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a large number of incoming calls, which can be challenging, distressing, and of a sensitive nature.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their family, or carers, and produce quality documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Welcoming service users and their family or carers into the service on arrival.
- Produce both standard and bespoke letters via RiO (our clinical record system).
- Complete a wide range of administrative tasks from an electronic workflow inbox.
- Scanning, uploading, and copying documents.
- Room bookings via Outlook room calendars.
