About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a leading design, engineering, and project management consultancy, we offer a comprehensive service in ground engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead geotechnical design teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Manage and execute geotechnical projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and develop geotechnical designs.
  • Apply CDM Regulations in a design and ground investigation environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with the ICE or nearing Chartered status.
  • Strong academic background in civil engineering with a postgraduate qualification in geotechnical engineering.
  • Experience in finite element modeling and analysis, numerical software, and geotechnical design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for work assignments.
