Audit Manager Position

Seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Fletcher George Financial Recruitment. As Assistant Audit Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing audit assignments, drafting audit opinions, and providing technical support on complex matters of UK GAAP and UK ISAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft audit opinions, considering qualifications and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and UK ISAs.
- Produce complex, detailed, and group statutory accounts within caseware, utilizing strong IT skills.
- Provide technical support on complex matters of UK GAAP and UK ISAs, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit work.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise junior members of the team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Liaise with clients regarding audit timetables and any audit and accounting issues, ensuring excellent client service.
- Resource planning, including managing workflow and prioritizing assignments for junior members of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and manage audit work in progress on a pre-agreed client portfolio, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Responsibility for recovery rate target and profitability on pre-agreed portfolio, driving business growth and success.
- Identify efficiency during the review of assignments, implementing process improvements and cost savings.
- Identify additional audit billing opportunities on existing assignments and cross-selling for advisory services, driving revenue growth.
