Job RoleThis role involves providing personalized care and companionship to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. As a live-in carer, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of our clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
- Engage in conversation and provide emotional support to clients, promoting mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, reporting any concerns or issues to the care team.
- Empathy and patience to support older people lead fulfilling lives.
- A driving licence and car are highly beneficial.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- To pass the DBS/PVG check.
- Paid holidays and pension scheme.
- Full and bespoke Bright Care uniform and PPE kit are provided.
- Wellbeing support from our specialist in-house coach.
- Annual staff recognition awards to celebrate our carers and the amazing work that they do.
