Job Summary: One Call 24 LTD is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Assistant to support children and young people in Norfolk. As a member of our team, you will advance your career in a supportive environment, advancing the healthcare needs of patients.
  • Child protection and safeguarding knowledge are essential for this role.
  • You will promote an environment that encourages individuality and confidence.
  • A strong understanding of patient health monitoring and wellbeing is required.
  • You must be able to manage challenging behaviors.
  • The safety and wellbeing of children must be your top priority.
  • An NVQ certification or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • BLS (Level 3) certification for children is required.
  • You should have a deep understanding of therapeutic childcare approaches.

To be considered for this role, please note the following requirements:
  • At least 3-6 months of experience working with children in the UK, with verifiable references.
  • An Enhanced DBS listed on the Update Service covering children and adults.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
