About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Ross-Shire Engineering Limited. As a key member of our Design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of electrical design deliverables for projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with our Delivery Management teams to plan and implement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the wider project team and Senior Management on electrical design matters.
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of electrical design engineers within the company.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's Net Zero strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in electrical design, with a strong understanding of British and European design standards.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
