We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Property and Utilities team at Angus Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of property assets, building-related utilities, and electrical/mechanical engineering services to ensure service delivery objectives are met.
About the RoleAs Team Leader, you will lead and manage a group of professional and technical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach, including design services, to deliver property outcomes and meet council requirements. You will work closely with the management team to contribute to the achievement of corporate and other plans, ensuring our customers are at the heart of service design, delivery, and scrutiny.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of property assets, building-related utilities, and electrical/mechanical engineering services.
- Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff to deliver property outcomes.
