About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Transfer Negotiator at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Business Transfer Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in selling their businesses, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to succeed in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering buyers' details and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with enquiries via phone and email
  • Arranging appointments between sellers and buyers, and following up to gain feedback for clients
  • Contacting potential vendors to inform them about our services
  • Advertising businesses throughout various websites and portals
  • Dealing with offers and negotiations, and preparing sales letters and referencing buyers
  • Keeping records of calls and sales, and noting useful information

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience in a similar environment, although we will consider fully training the right candidate after an initial trial period
  • Able to understand and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about our services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients, and applicants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
