At Tiger Resourcing Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technical Author to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our manufacturing processes.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes, including procedures, manuals, and guides.
  • Develop and implement documentation templates and styles to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Supervise junior authors or trainees as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
