Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality Property Management service to clients
  • Assist in managing developments and ensuring relevant service contracts and annual orders are in place
  • Undertake client care and liaison, including attending client meetings and AGMs
  • Carry out property inspections and complete reports, as well as regular basic risk assessments
  • Liaise with Health and Safety consultants and contractors, as required
  • Review service contracts, agree service levels, and identify necessary preventative maintenance
  • Prepare Service Charge budgets and organize meetings with clients, contractors, and customers
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Property Administration, Lettings, or AST Property Management role
  • Desire to carve a career in the Block Management industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
What We Offer

Competitive salary budget of £26-32,000, depending on experience, and flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home 2 days a week.
