Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits and accounts preparation, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with reporting standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office products such as Excel and Word.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification or working towards qualification.
  • Strong practical accountancy and communication skills.
  • Motivated and hard-working, with a strong desire to progress in their career.
What We Offer:
  • Commensurate salary with experience.
  • Annual bonus (not guaranteed).
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility over working hours.
  • 25 days holiday, plus statutory bank/public holidays.
