Job Title: Alcohol Recovery Worker

At Archer Resourcing Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Alcohol Recovery Worker to join our team. As an Alcohol Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to service users, helping them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans that cater to the unique needs of service users.
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and advocates to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their recovery goals and needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to ensure ongoing support and professional development.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Work effectively with other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for service users.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recovery principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance, dated within the last 12 months, or willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check if not currently held.
