Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and design management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. They will be responsible for providing expert guidance to project design teams and client organisations, ensuring compliance with UK building and planning regulations.

A competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Design Guidance: Provide expert guidance to project design teams and client organisations, ensuring compliance with UK building and planning regulations.
  • CDM Principal Designer Appointments: Conduct project and design reviews, focusing on CDM Principal Designer appointments, while ensuring consistent pre-construction health and safety practices.
  • BRPD Services: Lead the BRPD services, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Qualifications: A degree in architecture, architectural technologies, construction, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Health and Safety Certifications: Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH), Membership of APS, or equivalent health and safety certifications.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction and design management roles.
