Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Professional at Home Instead.

As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Our clients are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and understanding, with a genuine interest in building relationships and making a positive impact.

We offer a range of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, weekdays and weekends, to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences.

As a Care Professional, you will be required to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, as well as authorization to live and work in the UK.

We cover a range of areas, including Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chistlehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham.

Our clients appreciate the flexibility and reliability that our Care Professionals bring, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.

  • £13 – 14.15 per hour (double pay over bank holidays)
