Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Repairs Surveyor to join our team. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Repairs Surveyor in delivering maintenance services. This will involve diagnosing maintenance requirements, ensuring high-quality and Health and Safety compliant works, and escalating contract management performance issues.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize maintenance requirements for tenanted and void properties
* Manage and coordinate repair works to ensure quality and Health and Safety compliance
* Collaborate with the Senior Repairs Surveyor to achieve efficient delivery of maintenance services
* Monitor and report on contract management performance issues

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of building and Health and Safety regulations
* Proven experience in maintenance and repair coordination
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
