About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry. limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the health, safety, and environment strategy across our multi-site manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in safety, health, and environment, with experience in product and process audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Data Analysis: Collate and analyze key performance data for reporting, and maintain document control and record keeping within health, safety, and environment.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Manage and support continuous improvement projects, technical changes, and CI Events to drive business excellence.
  3. Operational Performance: Deal with issues concerning new product introductions and operational performance, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Training and Development: Design and implement training development programs, presentations, and workshops to enhance continuous training, development, coaching, and mentoring within health, safety, and environment.
  5. Customer and Supplier Interface: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, driving them to deliver set KPIs to improve site health, safety, and environment.
Requirements
  1. A valid driving license is essential for this role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
