About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry. Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the health, safety, and environment strategy across our multi-site national manufacturing business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement within safety, health, and environment, with a strong focus on product and process audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Health, Safety, and Environment Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance on health, safety, and environment matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement effective continuous improvement projects, technical changes, and CI Events to drive business excellence and improve site health, safety, and environment.
  3. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, presentations, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing staff, focusing on health, safety, and environment.
  4. Customer and Supplier Interface: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, driving them to deliver set KPIs and improve site health, safety, and environment.
  5. Document Control and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date document control and record keeping within health, safety, and environment, providing critical information for reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record of driving continuous improvement within safety, health, and environment, with a strong focus on product and process audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  2. Valid driving license.
