At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the contract review, planning & administration teams to ensure professional, thorough and efficient operational support services are provided to our customers.

This is a key leadership position within the company, and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining resource planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization. You will also ensure QHSE & special products contract review and creation activities are performed on-time and in accordance with global and local procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in resource planning, preferably in a similar role, and will have experience in managing teams of 15 people or more. They will also have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as competent skills with Microsoft Windows/Office Applications and database applications.

  • Develop and maintain resource planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization
