We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Administration Manager to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the contract review, planning & administration teams to ensure professional, thorough and efficient operational support services are provided to customers.
This role is primarily based in Oldbury, however you will need to travel between sites to manage separate teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain resource planning strategies in order to optimise resource allocation and utilisation
- Ensure QHSE & special products contract review and creation activities are performed on-time and in accordance with global and local procedures
- Ensure the efficient planning of audits in line with accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with the Team Leaders to improve processes, system usage and accurate data entry
As a Planning and Administration Manager at SGS, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly regulated environment and develop your skills in resource planning, team management and process improvement.
