Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Trial Balance Consulting. As an Accounting Support Specialist, you will provide key financial and commercial administration support to our Finance Manager and the wider business.

Your duties will include supervision of the purchase and sales ledger functions, assisting with month and year-end processes, VAT return preparation, reconciliations, resolving queries, and ad-hoc administrative assistance as required.

You will work closely with the senior finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems, including Sage Line 50. Your strong financial and commercial skills, combined with your ability to work to deadlines and manage your own workload, will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar level of role
  • Excellent systems skills, including Sage Line 50
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
