Lawes Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director/Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance broking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions to clients, and work closely with underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including the FCA's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in commercial insurance broking, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
- Qualifications: ACII (or commitment to achieve in an agreed timescale).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Competitive Salary: £65,000 per annum.
