About Us

We are delighted to partner with a leading charity organisation dedicated to supporting individuals affected by breast cancer and advancing research against the disease.

This temporary administrative role is part of our efforts to provide high-quality support to their teams.

You will work closely with the Legacy and Journeys team to ensure smooth operations, maintain excellent supporter care, and assist with tasks such as information fulfilment and legacy administration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle free will service requests and update database records.
  • Respond to information requests from campaigns.
  • Sort and scan incoming legacy-related correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as letter writing.
  • Send out information packs to supporters.
  • Record and collate campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in administrative or support roles within a charity or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Database and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Compensation:

This temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.87, including holiday pay, resulting in an annual salary of £25,235 (full-time, 35 hours per week).
