Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track and report on pupil progress

Requirements: We're looking for candidates who have experience working with children, particularly in an SEN setting, hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff.
