Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Bracknell. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss performance, goals, and challenges
- Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
- Encourage team development and progression, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Basic IT skills
