Contract Administrator / Compliance Coordinator

Established Global Manufacturing Company seeks a skilled Contract Administrator / Compliance Coordinator to join their busy team.

This is a new role offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to establish themselves and make a valuable contribution.

The main purpose of this position is to work closely with the Customer Services and Quotations teams to ensure that all customer contracts and agreements are up-to-date and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the life cycle of customer-focused contractual agreements, including consignment stock management, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supply agreements, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure that terms and conditions in contractual agreements and company documents are accurate and compliant with company guidelines and current legislation.
  • Review compliance and advise key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements and the introduction of new agreements.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
