Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide responsive, customer-centric support to the business, handling general HR enquiries and administering HR processes aligned to the associate lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with associates and managers to provide first-line HR advice and guidance on general HR queries, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the new starter process, including production of offer letters, contracts of employment, and setting up electronic new starter files.
  • Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of starters, leavers, and pay changes.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and updating the applicant tracking system.
  • Produce reports from HR systems on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis.
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to or re-directing enquiries to other team members as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations issues, such as setting up meetings and taking notes.
  • Support the delivery of HR processes, including performance appraisals and merit review.
  • Support administration relating to CPI's intellectual capital program.
  • Assist with visa and immigration administration.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience of HR systems, such as PeopleSoft and Select HR, would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
