Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Go:Be Search Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being;
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as serving meals, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment;
  • Working closely with the nursing team to ensure resident needs are met;
  • Reporting any changes in resident conditions or incidents within the home.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives;
  • An understanding of National Care Standards and Codes of Conduct;
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification;
  • SSSC Registration or willingness to register within a specified timescale;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our policies and procedures.
