Senior Care and Support Professional

You will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing programmes of care, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services. With a valid SVQ3 or equivalent, you will bring valuable expertise in the administration of medication and staff supervision.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and service users, demonstrating empathy and understanding while maintaining high standards of care.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £34,320 per annum (plus available overtime), along with flexible, permanent, full-time shifts, 44 or 33 hours per week, and a fantastic rate of pay of £15.00 per hour.
