Key Responsibilities

Our Accounts Assistant role involves:

  • Preparing sales invoices, applications for payment, and credit notes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Obtaining approval for sales invoices and credit notes from the relevant authorities.
  • Posting invoices and credit notes onto the finance system in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with divisional Finance staff to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.

A strong understanding of financial systems and processes is crucial for success in this role. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in a team environment, we would like to hear from you.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
