About the Role

The Corporate Business Development Manager is a key position within Greenzone Facilities Management Limited, responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities and the expansion of existing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management sector, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their waste management needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending relevant trade shows and exhibitions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including the creation of sales plans and forecasts, to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the waste management sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to drive business growth and revenue.
