About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our planning function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of projects across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential roadblocks.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Power Project or P6 software.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform project decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or construction.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
