Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic support to the business, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leading the finance team, developing and motivating them to achieve their full potential
  2. Managing the management accounting systems to provide up-to-date, timely and relevant information to managers
  3. Maintaining accounting records in line with statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Standards
  4. Managing the company's payroll and ensuring employees are paid accurately
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package including discretionary bonus scheme, and hybrid working arrangements are offered.
