About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the strategic direction of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day clinical and operational management of the primary care team, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Support your team in conducting comprehensive assessments, communicating treatment options, and developing supportive care plans.
  • Lead and contribute to clinical and consumer audits, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Work closely with the Head of Healthcare to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.

Requirements
  • Registered adult nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Prison experience is desirable but not essential.
