Sr Technical Program Manager, TPM, Multichannel Fulfilment, Buy With Prime

Amazon is building on its foundation of efficient and optimized supply chains to innovate end-to-end supply chain capabilities for merchants. The Supply Chain Services Team will continue to help merchants grow their business beyond Amazon by using Amazon's optimized and efficient supply chain network and services.

We need a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can work across our organization and stakeholders, with both strategic and tactical vision. We are building products that are fundamental to Amazon's future, and we are tackling some of the world's most intriguing problems involving software architecture design, customer experience, and business strategy.

You'll be leading a development team that is building cutting-edge and highly distributed systems to enable merchants to deliver orders to their customers with incredible speed. You will join a highly technical and entrepreneurial culture defining and building the next generation of a fulfillment solution for 3rd party merchants and brand owners.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute project plans with an impact across Buy-With-Prime/MCF teams/SPS teams.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to provide both structured and creative thinking in a dynamic, evolving, multi team-based environment.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information.
  4. Show ownership and leadership skills in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
Minimum Requirements

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
