We are partnering with a leading law firm in the UK to recruit a Senior Lawyer for a permanent position. The role is based in the East Midlands, with occasional travel to other offices.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal services to public sector and not-for-profit clients, focusing on commercial, contracts, procurement, and corporate law. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice on commercial and contracts law to ensure client compliance with statutory obligations.
- Preparing and negotiating legal projects involving multiple agencies, including charities and third-sector organisations.
- Offering legal and procedural support to client Committees and Directorates to promote strong corporate governance.
- Managing a broad caseload of both simple and complex legal matters.
