About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases through effective product recommendations and promotions
  • Engage with customers to deliver a first-class customer service experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement, contributing to the growth and success of the business

What We Need from Our Team Members

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of motivation and a desire to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A proven ability to work well within a team, using own initiative and adapting to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable, as is experience in a retail environment with a quality brand
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and styles

What We Offer
