We are seeking an experienced Case Management Professional to join our Early Help Family First team in Knowsley. This exciting opportunity involves supporting families with complex needs and achieving positive outcomes through evidence-based interventions and effective communication.

About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role requires strong assessment and planning skills, as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities. You will work closely with families, children, and other professionals to ensure effective support and achieve desired outcomes.

  • $42,000 - $52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 36 hours per week
  • 3 month initial contract with possibility of extension after this
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of family needs and developing tailored plans.
  • Delivering high-quality interventions, including parenting programs, child development support, and issue-based sessions.
  • Facilitating effective communication between families, children, and other professionals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Proven experience in working with families and children with complex needs.
  • Strong understanding of multi-agency working and knowledge of interventions supporting family well-being.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on safeguarding and risk management.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and the principles of restorative practice.
  • Flexibility to work across Knowsley in various settings, including homes, schools, and community venues.
