Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Centre as a Contact Centre Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maximize workshop capacity through effective central service booking procedures and prospecting activities.
- Respond to customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner, recording all necessary information to support ongoing customer relationship management.
- Ensure online enquiry service levels are consistently met and exceeded, where possible.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell specified products, such as Service Care.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Service booking/reception experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Desire to succeed and achieve individual and team goals.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in PC-based systems and software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a busy call centre environment.
