Job Overview

We are seeking a Homeless Team Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week over 5 days, making a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the homeless team's activities and ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • To identify and address customer needs, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
