Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with Autism in a resource base setting.

About the Role:

  • Support students with Autism in achieving their individual developmental targets.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher and other support staff to deliver high-quality education.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging resources and activities.
  • Lead whole-class sessions when requested.

Requirements:

  • Holding an HLTA qualification is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
