Job Title: Part Time Telephone Receptionist

Job Type: Part-time, 18 hours per week

Contract: 12 month rolling contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part Time Telephone Receptionist to join our team at Canon Medical Systems Europe. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors to our Crawley Head Office
  • Answer and direct calls from our switchboard, ensuring they are responded to professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and distribute stock and refreshment provisions across the office as required
